PQC Engineer

1. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of the Process Quality Control (PQC) system, identify process quality risks, and ensure product process quality.

2. Participate in the development of quality early warning linkage plans, implement rapid response plans, lead/promote the resolution of quality issues, verify improvement effects, ensure closed-loop management of problem improvement, and prevent recurrence.

3. Responsible for the summary and analysis of process quality-related data, promote continuous improvement, and establish preventive mechanisms.

4. Responsible for team building and talent development, organize employee care activities, and ensure team stability.

5. Oversee the orderly implementation of the team's daily work, apply and improve the performance appraisal mechanism, and motivate the team to make progress.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Materials Science, Quality Management or related majors.

2. Work Experience: 3-5 years or more of PQC work experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with production processes in target industries such as automotive/electronics/new energy; overseas factory or multinational enterprise work experience is preferred.

3. On-site Quality Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of quickly identifying quality abnormalities in the production process, leading root cause analysis (RCA) and formulating improvement plans.

4. Qualifications & Certifications: Proficient in process quality control tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP/APQP; certifications such as ISO9001/TS16949 quality management system certification, Six Sigma (Green Belt or above), and QC Engineer are preferred.

5. Data Processing & Analysis Ability: Skilled in using office tools such as Excel for quality data statistics and visual analysis.

6. Communication & Coordination Ability: Effectively connect with multiple departments including production, R&D, and supply chain, and promote the implementation of quality improvement measures.

7. Execution & Stress Resistance: Capable of responding to sudden quality problems in mass production, adhering to quality standards under production capacity pressure, and undertaking the pressure of quality indicator assessment.

8. Language Ability: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing (required for cross-departmental/cross-border communication).
