Job Summary**

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a dedicated PPL Broiler Sengkang CPD (Petugas Penyuluh Lapangan / Field Extension Officer) to oversee and support broiler chicken farming partnerships in the Sengkang area. The successful candidate will act as a technical advisor to partner farmers, ensuring optimal poultry health, growth, and farm productivity in alignment with company standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Job Responsibilities**

• Conduct regular field visits to partner broiler farms in the Sengkang region to monitor flock health, growth rates, and overall farm conditions.
• Provide technical guidance and consultation to partner farmers regarding modern farming management, biosecurity measures, feeding programs, and ventilation.
• Monitor and supervise the distribution of farming inputs, including day-old chicks (DOC), feed, and medicines.
• Analyze field data, maintain accurate records of farm performance, and prepare regular reports on farm productivity, depletion rates, and feed conversion ratios (FCR).
• Assist farmers in disease prevention, early diagnosis, and implementing immediate corrective actions in coordination with the company's veterinary team.
• Facilitate the harvesting process and ensure logistics run smoothly according to the agreed schedule.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• Minimum of an Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Animal Husbandry (Peternakan), Veterinary Medicine (Kedokteran Hewan), or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Field Extension Officer (PPL) in broiler farming is highly preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of broiler chicken management, biosecurity practices, and poultry disease control.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships with partner farmers.
• Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and own a motorcycle for daily field travel.
• Willingness to be stationed in Sengkang and work flexible hours in accordance with field requirements.

• Menjalankan dan mengawasi proses produksi pemeliharaan Ayam berdasarkan ketentuan yang berlaku (SOP) di plasma agar tercapai target produksi unit
• Mencari dan menyeleksi penambahan plasma sesuai dengan prosedur seleksi plasma sehingga dapat menambah populasi dan mendapatkan plasma yang berkualitas
• Menjalankan dan mengawasi proses produksi pemeliharaan ayam (penyuluhan kepada plasma) secara intensif sehingga tercapai kepuasan pelanggan
• Mengumpulkan, membuat Laporan Catatan Harian Ayam (Laporan Kondisi Ayam, Laporan Siap Panen, Data Rekording) di plasma secara cepat dan tepat agar dijadikan bahan analisa Head of Production Unit dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan mempercepat proses pembayaran RHPP.
