Role Description The PPIC Supervisor Mandarin Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta. This role oversees production planning, inventory control, and material requirements to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely product availability. The PPIC Supervisor coordinates with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to create and adjust production schedules, monitor stock levels, and manage order fulfillment. The position involves preparing and analyzing PPIC reports, optimizing resource utilization, and resolving planning or inventory issues. The role also requires regular communication in Mandarin with regional or overseas stakeholders to align production plans and supply chain activities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis, use of ERP or planning systems, and basic Excel or similar tools to monitor and report PPIC activities.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and good command of English or Bahasa Indonesia for effective cross-functional and cross-border communication.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, warehouse operations, and coordination with procurement and logistics functions.
- Ability to lead and supervise a PPIC team, delegate tasks, and collaborate with production and quality teams under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the beverage or food manufacturing industry and familiarity with quality and safety standards will be an advantage.
