Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to meet targets and resolve bottlenecks.
- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on production performance, inventory status, and resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations throughout the production process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using planning software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to be placed in Nganjuk.
