PPIC STAFF

Job Summary

The PPIC Staff is responsible for assisting in the planning, scheduling, and control of production to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products, contributing to the overall supply chain optimization within PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
• Monitor production progress, identify deviations from plans, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure material availability and smooth product flow.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and material consumption.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and material utilization.
• Participate in inventory control activities, including stock takes and reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in production planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Support the implementation of new systems or procedures related to PPIC functions.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Production Planning, Inventory Control, or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or agribusiness sector.
• Strong understanding of PPIC principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of supply chain management concepts is a plus.
