PPIC STAFF

Job Summary

The PPIC Staff at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating production processes to ensure optimal efficiency, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards within our manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in managing inventory levels, optimizing material flow, and supporting overall supply chain effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and material requirements planning (MRP) based on sales forecasts and inventory targets.
• Monitor production progress against established schedules, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production departments to ensure timely material availability and smooth production flow.
• Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations throughout the production process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects related to production planning and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding production status and potential issues.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Production Planning, Inventory Control, or PPIC roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and production scheduling principles.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO) is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and spoken).
