PPIC STAFF

The PPIC Staff is responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating production activities and inventory control to ensure optimal material availability, efficient production schedules, and smooth operational flow. This role acts as a bridge between Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Sales to maintain balance between demand, capacity, and resource utilization.

. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Statistics

. Possess strong knowledge of Production Planning and Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

. Possess strong knowledge of Inventory & Warehouse Control and Supply Chain Management

. Strong product knowledge in relevant industry.

. Basic understanding of Quality Control principles and practices.

. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing fundamentals (5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement).

. Able to perform data analysis and basic statistical analysis.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, formulas).

. Familiar with ERP Systems such as SAP or Oracle (PP/MM modules).

. Experience with MES / Production Monitoring Systems is a plus.

. Good command of English, both written and spoken.

. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

. Control, monitor, and evaluate production planning and inventory activities to ensure optimal capacity utilization and fulfillment of production demand.

. Maintain balance between product demand and production capacity while ensuring efficient use of resources (manpower, machines, materials).

. Plan production quantity and scheduling based on demand, production capacity, resource availability, and manpower productivity.
