Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor sales performance across all offline and online channels and identify trends.
Manage stock levels to prevent both shortages and overstock.
Develop accurate production forecasts based on sales data, market trends, and seasonal factors.
Coordinate production schedules with manufacturers and internal teams.
Prepare and present inventory, sales, and production reports to management.
Recommend strategies to optimize stock levels and production efficiency based on data.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in sales planning, inventory management, or supply chain within the FMCG, beauty, or retail industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn sales data into actionable forecasts.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Understanding of inventory control concepts (FIFO, safety stock, lead time).
Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional coordination.
