PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) to manage production planning, inventory flow, and ensure smooth coordination across all production processes. This role is crucial in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

BSD - Full-Time - Contract

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production schedules based on demand and capacity
• Monitor and control inventory levels 
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date production and inventory data
• Coordinate with production and vendor
• Identify potential delays or shortages and take proactive actions
• Ensure alignment between production plans and actual output
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers
• Support cost efficiency and minimize excess or dead stock

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC / production planning in manufacturing (garment, footwear, ball, or similar industries)
• Min D4/S1 from relevant major
• Strong understanding of production flow and inventory management
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and planning tools (Excel, etc.)
