Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar for a PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Metal Casting Supervisor. The supervisor will oversee and manage the production schedules and inventory for metal casting processes, ensuring timely and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating with teams, monitoring workflow, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring quality standards. The role also involves troubleshooting production challenges, leading a team, and driving improvements in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to motivate and guide the production team effectively
• Having strong analyse and problem solving.
• Require skill: good in English.
• Experience in Broadcasting or overseeing smooth dissemination of information and updates across departments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with production and inventory control systems is highly desirable.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field such as Metallurgy
• Having experience min. 2 years in the same field.
• Good communication, strong in analyse, willing to learn, highly positive and self-motivation person, responsible and discipline.
• Familiar with ERP and odoo system.
• Having experience in manufacturing jewellery is a plus.
