PT Alia Digital Printex - located in Subang, West Java, is currently seeking a PPIC Manager to support our production processes. The details for this position are as follows :
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecast, machine capacity.
- Create and monitor the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and production supports.
- Supervise daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring execution meets output targets and delivery timelines.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and validate production reports from all production lines.
- Adjust schedules when disruptions occur (e.g., machine breakdowns, delayed materials, or quality issues).
- Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales departments to ensure alignment between demand and production.
- Generate periodic reports on production performance (efficiency, utilization, downtime, plan vs. actual output).
- Enforce and maintain PPC-related SOPs, including ERP or production planning systems.
- Provide guidance and performance feedback to planning staff or team members under supervision.
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and production flow.
Requirements :
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a planner or PPC supervisor in a manufacturing company.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Odoo) especially for PPC and inventory modules.
- Strong understanding of MPS, MRP, lean manufacturing, kanban, and just-in-time (JIT) principles.
- Advanced Excel skills and Dashboard creation.
- Capable of analyzing production data for accurate scheduling and decision-making.
- Experience handling multi-line and multi-process planning in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, time management, and team coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure, adapt to production changes, and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to delegate tasks and responsibilities clearly to ensure operational efficiency.
- Willing to work from our manufacturing in Subang, West Java.
