About the Role
Production Scheduling: Plan and control production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines. Material Requirement Planning: Ensure raw materials and components are available for production without delays.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and prevent shortages.
- Capacity Planning: Analyze machine and labor capacity to align with production targets.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to synchronize supply chain activities.
- Data Reporting: Generate reports on production progress, material usage, and inventory status.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
- Experience in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
- Placement in Tjiwi Kimia Mills, Mojokerto, East Java.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, MS Excel, and production planning software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory data.
- Communication Skills: Effective collaboration with multiple departments and clear reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve production delays and inventory discrepancies quickly.
- Detail Orientation: Accuracy in handling production schedules and inventory records.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust plans based on urgent customer orders or production changes.
