As a Power BI Developer within our Data & AI Practice, you'll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client's business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes.You'll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high-risk complex deliveries, and contribute toshape the strategic direction around data architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting solutions.
- Optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability.
- Implement and maintain data security and access controls within Power BI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, reports, and dashboards.
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices for ongoing team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and data visualization trends.
Qualifications
Skills and experiences
- 24 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development or similar data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in building dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI.
- Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query (M), and data transformation techniques.
- Experience working with relational databases, writing SQL queries, and integrating data from various sources.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to analyze and visualize complex data sets to deliver actionable insights.
- Good understanding of data governance, security, and user access management in Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
