Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development and support of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Manage delivery of enhancements, defect resolution, and performance optimization across reporting platforms.
• Oversee data modeling, report validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of operational metrics.
• Ensure timely resolution of production issues impacting reports and dashboards.
• Monitor delivery KPIs, reporting SLAs, and operational stability metrics.
• Coordinate with upstream data and application support teams to address data quality and integration issues.
• Manage release activities, deployment validation, and post-release monitoring for reporting solutions.
• Develop and mentor Power BI engineers to ensure consistent delivery quality and adherence to defined standards.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting engineering, or analytics platform support within capital markets or financial services environments.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, and DAX optimization. Experience supporting operational or market data reporting environments.
• Proven experience managing production support and delivery teams in SLA-driven environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.
