Power Apps Dev (HRIS)

Requirements:

1. More than 2 years of experience as Power Platform developer (PowerApps, Power Automate cloud, Power Automate for desktop, SharePoint Online, Power BI)
2. Min 1 full-cycle project development in Power Platform implementation
3. Have a passion for researching and building AI-enabled solutions
4. Experience in HRIS or HR application development is preferable
5. Willing to be placed in an insurance company
6. Have a passion for learning new technology
7. Work with harmony between heart and brain.
8. We don't need superstars; we need a super team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the HRIS team, part of the HRIS team
2. Support and develop HR related application or automation
3. Improve HR systems and processes.
4. Prepare HR reports and analytics.
5. Support HR technology projects and stakeholder coordination.
6. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
