We are seeking bright professionals to join our organization as a Potential Listing Development Officer. In this position, you will be responsible for carrying out activities that support IDX program aimed at increasing number of Listed Companies and Issuers on the Exchange by engaging with shareholders or top level management of potential issuers including but not limited from General Corporation, Government Institutions/State-Owned Enterprises/Regional-Owned Enterprises, and other corporations (excluding Start-ups and SMEs) that enable them to issue securities through Capital Market.

What You'll Deliver:
Education
- A Bachelor's degree preferably in Management/ Economics/ Accounting/ Business/Statistic/Engineering.
- Graduated from a reputable university with min. GPA 3.25 of 4.00
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role. Experience in Banking, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Services will be an advantage.
General Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written), public speaking & relationship-building skills.
- Having knowledge related to Capital Market will be an advantage.
- Having basic knowledge of corporate finance is a plus.
