Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead, supervise, and develop operational teams to maintain high levels of performance, professionalism, and customer service
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience
- Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards
- Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs, and business profitability, providing regular reports and insights to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, health and safety regulations, and operational best practices
- Manage inventory levels, procurement activities, and vendor relationships to support business operations
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery initiatives in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to support business growth, customer retention, and operational improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence to enhance overall business performance
- Foster a positive working environment and strong team culture aligned with company values
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management, Branch Management, Store Management, Hospitality Management, or other relevant leadership roles within service-oriented industries
- Proven experience managing day-to-day operations and leading operational teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong understanding of business operations, customer service excellence, and performance management
- Experience in managing operational budgets, business targets, and profitability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Proactive, hands-on, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
