Work with a leading global consulting engagement supporting top banking clients.

We are looking for a banking professional with strong experience in credit card portfolio management, customer engagement, and portfolio growth strategies. This role is ideal for someone who understands consumer banking and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to improve business performance.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market and industry research
• Review client and business performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Track portfolio performance and recommend improvements
• Help prepare client presentations and project updates
• Partner with banking stakeholders and support key discussions
• Assist in execution plans, risk mitigation, and project coordination
• Drive progress across workstreams and ensure deliverables are completed on time

What We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years of experience in Consumer Banking

✔ Experience managing or supporting credit card products and portfolios

✔ Strong knowledge of:

• Credit card activation and usage growth
• Customer engagement strategies
• Spend and revenue optimization
• Customer retention initiatives
• Campaign and marketing execution

✔ Experience working with banks or financial services organizations in Indonesia

✔ Ability to manage stakeholders independently

✔ Exposure to project delivery or project management activities
