What will you be doing

Reporting to VP of Growth, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and serving as the primary point of contact between our company and our clients. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue growth objectives.

  • Manage one or more key relationships and run all operational components of those relationships – including onboarding, activation, and business-as-usual.
  • Proactively address client concerns, assess client needs, identify growth opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to improve user engagement and conversion.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics to derive actionable insights, leveraging data crunching and analytics skills to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop, execute and monitor the campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize the results.
  • Track campaign performance, derive insights, and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver an excellent campaign implementation for each client.

This might be right for you if have:

  • You have 5-7+ years of operations experience at a high-growth tech company, payroll, HRIS or SaaS-Business servicing mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Sufficient excel and powerpoint knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue goals.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings or industry events as needed.
