Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end portfolio activation strategy for migrated cardholders, aligned with business objectives and migration milestones.
- Develop customer segmentation and activation strategies based on value, behavior, and risk.
- Design onboarding, welcome offers, and retention programs with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor card delivery, activation performance, and churn risk, driving actions to improve portfolio engagement.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in credit card portfolio management, including lifecycle management, activation, and portfolio performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation, campaign performance, portfolio KPIs, and attrition analysis.
- Hands-on experience designing cardholder activation or engagement programs.
- Knowledge of loyalty/rewards programs, payment network rules, and card scheme requirements.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale card portfolio migration, divestiture, or system conversion.
- Willing to work under a contract employment with Adecco.
