Pool Attendant

Requirements:

• Strong swimming abilities
• Knowledgeable about pool cleaning & maintenance
• Positive, energetic, and creative
• Skilled in verbal communication
• Able to speak Basic English
• The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts
• Excellent customer service skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in the hospitality or tourism industry

Responsibilities:

• Supervise guest behavior while using pool and slide facilities to ensure compliance with safety rules and provide proper usage guidance.
• Provide directions and information to guests to prevent accidents and answer questions regarding facilities and park areas.
• Administer first aid to injured guests at the First Aid station, and guide them to safe areas in case of emergency.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and contribute to efficient use of electricity, water, and environmental pollution control.
• Actively participate in emergency response situations
