Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Polyolefin (PP PE) Sales located in Tangerang. The role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, initiating and following up on sales leads, and negotiating terms of sales agreements. The role also requires preparing sales reports and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales and track record in meeting sales targets
• Mandatory experience in the polyolefin or plastics manufacturing industry
• Strong ability in canvassing and closing deals with plastic manufacturers
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and maintaining client relationships
• Comfortable with on-site work and meeting clients face-to-face
