How You Succeed:

Responsible for reviewing and updating FTP policies, resolving pricing disputes, and providing critical data support for Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) decisions. You will ensure that our FTP methodology remains robust, transparent, and strategically aligned with the Bank's liquidity and risk management objectives.

What You Do:

• Review and update FTP policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant, compliant, and aligned with the Bank's strategic goals.
• Oversee the implementation of FTP policies, ensuring fairness and accuracy in pricing across Business Units, Central Pool, and Global Market operations.
• Serve as the primary support for business units regarding FTP interpretation, resolving disputes and providing clear guidance on policy application.
• Compile and analyze critical data for monthly ALCO, Pre-ALCO, and Ad-Hoc committee meetings, including strategies for High-Quality Liquid Assets (HQLA).
• Manage the operational execution of FTP, including the accurate calculation, update, and communication of FTP rates to internal business partners.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields (or equivalent with relevant experience).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Global Market, or Risk Management, with specific exposure to Treasury or FTP.
• Strong understanding of Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodologies, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), and banking regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and propose strategic adjustments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with diverse business units and resolve policy disputes.
• High attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive financial data and policy frameworks.
