We're looking for a Podcast-Focused Content Creator / Host who knows how to turn educational content into content people actually want to watch, share, and talk about. This role is perfect for someone who's comfortable on camera, naturally curious, understands internet culture, and has experience hosting or leading podcast-style conversations.
You'll help create engaging short-form content across social platforms, with a strong focus on podcast-driven storytelling, audience engagement, and culturally relevant content.
What You'll Do
- Host and lead podcast-style conversations, interviews, and discussions
- Create engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube
- Develop content angles, hooks, and talking points that drive engagement and retention
- Research trends, internet culture, and relevant topics to keep content timely and relatable
- Collaborate closely with editors, creatives, and strategists to turn podcast moments into high-performing social content
- Be comfortable improvising, reacting naturally, and keeping conversations engaging
- Help shape the tone, personality, and creative direction of the content
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh content ideas regularly
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a content creator, podcast host, interviewer, moderator, or on-camera talent
- Strong understanding of social media content and storytelling
- Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with guests or audiences naturally
- Strong communication skills and ability to carry conversations with energy and curiosity
- Understands what makes content perform well online
- Familiar with internet trends, memes, and digital culture
- Able to adapt tone and style depending on the audience and platform
- Bonus if you have experience building a personal brand or growing content channels
Requirements
