Job Description

Develop and oversee the Master Project Timeline, ensuring alignment with project management standards, budget, and cross-team activities
Manage multiple projects, including prioritization, resource allocation, and inter-project dependencies
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment and progress
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Ensure all project documentation (budget, risks, changes, progress reports) is accurate and well-maintained
Provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and key developments

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil & Architecture Project Planning / Project Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-project environments
Strong knowledge of project management, financial analysis, and industry practices
Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in relevant project management tools, software, and systems
