Job Description

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily on-site construction progress and ensure work is carried out according to the project plan and timeline.
  • Monitor project milestones and act as the timekeeper to ensure the project stays on schedule.
  • Coordinate with contractors/vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate them when necessary.
  • Prepare regular project progress reports and maintain proper project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in express/logistics company
  • Prior experience and familiar with project constructions management
  • Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Expert facilitator and able to manage all stakeholders
  • Lead by example and hands-on leadership style who can implement operation solution in the floor
  • Willing to be placed in North Jakarta and travel to other regions
