  • Providing information & being the source of reliable and accurate information to support the decision making
  • Reviewing with project owner regularly to check the project progress
  • Providing support for the project to ensure the quality of the project
  • Encouraging project teams to meet the objective, timeline and expected post implementation benefits
  • Create and Manage Project Plans
  • Lead process of issue identification and resolution
  • Manage all documentation
  • Foster partnership with customers/team/stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Candidates with educational background in Engineering (Industrial), Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields are preferred.
  • At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field as Project Management Officer
  • Experience in handling project related to Operation Process Improvement and System Implementation.
  • English proficiency (written & verbal)
  • Strong Experience as continuous improvement PMO with method such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Scrum, or Agile.
  • Strong exposure in data management by using Microsoft Excel, Macro, and Power BI.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills & able to work under pressure.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Willing to work 100% from office at Bandengan Selatan, Jakarta Barat.
