Responsibility :
- Responsible for overall warehouse operations management, including receiving, dispatching, and storage;
- Ensure inventory accuracy (reconciliation between records and physical stock) and manage monthly stocktaking;
- Implement FIFO and batch management (with emphasis on materials within shelf life);
- Manage the warehouse site (6S, safety, and standardized operations);
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency;
- Manage the warehouse team and enhance execution capabilities.
Qualifications:
- College diploma or higher, with preference for logistics or supply chain related fields;
- Over 5 years of warehouse management experience and more than 2 years of Team Management experience;
- Proficient in WMS or ERP systems;
- Experience in inventory control and batch management;
- Strong on-site management and execution abilities;
- English Communication Skills; experience in tobacco, food, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred;
