【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for the overall management of the company's Production Planning (PC) and Material Planning (MC), ensuring efficient operation of production and the supply chain;
2. Develop and implement production plans and material requirements plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity;
3. Coordinate resources from production, procurement, warehousing, and other relevant departments to ensure material supply and timely order delivery;
4. Responsible for inventory management and inventory structure optimization, reducing the risks of obsolete inventory, material shortages, and inventory capital tied up;
5. Promote PMC process optimization and the application of ERP/MRP systems to continuously improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency;
6. Responsible for the construction and management of the PMC team, enhancing the team's professional capabilities and execution, and driving the achievement of departmental goals.
【Job Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields preferred;
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in PMC, Production Planning, Material Planning, or Supply Chain Management, and minimum 2 years of team management experience;
3. Familiar with PMC management processes, proficient in MPS, MRP, inventory management, and production planning logic, with experience in bonded factories preferred;
4. Familiar with ERP/MRP system applications, possessing strong data analysis and problem-solving skills;
5. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and project driving ability, capable of independently managing supply chain-related work;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented, with strong stress resistance and team management skills.
