PM IT (Project Manager)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects (software development) from planning to completion.
• Identify and manage resources required for the project.
• Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Resolve issues or obstacles that arise during project execution.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Manage risks and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years experience as a project manager (include intern experience)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with international clients is highly desirable.
