Playgroup and Kindergarten Principal - Cirebon

Sequoia School is looking for a passionate, visionary, and dedicated Principal to lead our Playgroup & Kindergarten in Cirebon.

Role Description

• Lead and manage the overall school operations and academic programs
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to teachers and staff
• Ensure the implementation of the school's curriculum, programs, and educational values
• Monitor teaching and learning quality and student development
• Build positive relationships with parents and the wider school community
• Support teacher development and create a positive, collaborative working environment
• Manage school administration and ensure effective day-to-day operations
• Represent the school and promote its vision, values, and educational programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a school leader in early childhood or primary education
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of school operations, curriculum, and classroom practices
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Able to lead, motivate, and work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• Passionate about education and committed to creating a positive learning environment
