Design, develop, and integrate platform solutions that enable development teams to independently access infrastructure, tools, and services through self-service capabilities.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
Configure, operate, and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure application availability, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Ensure the platform remains stable, secure, and highly available, allowing development teams to focus on application development.
Monitor platform performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and proactively identify and resolve platform-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.
Continuously enhance platform standards, best practices, and tooling to support system scalability and business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree of Information Technology or related fields, such as Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Data Engineering roles.
Participating in projects or system development involving the implementation of Change Data Capture (CDC) and Apache Kafka in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience in projects or system development involving Grafana, ELK Stack, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Containerization, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-finding and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of banking product business processes.
