Platform Analyst/ IT Operations

Responsibilities

1. Monitor and follow up on IT operational incidents until resolution.

2. Assist with coordination and escalation during the incident management process.

3. Monitor and optimize existing monitoring and alerting tools.

4. Create and enhance dashboards, monitoring setups, and alerts to ensure they are effective and informative.

5. Conduct preliminary analysis of emerging issues or alerts.

6. Assist in identifying improvements related to monitoring and operational visibility.

7. Assist in coordinating cross-functional operational tasks as required by the team.

8. Create operational documentation.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) minimum.

2. Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience in IT.

3. Skills:

• Understanding of monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting fundamentals.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, SolarWinds Orion, Datadog, or similar tools.

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic scripting/query skills are a plus.

• Understanding of server, network, cloud, or database fundamentals is a plus.

4. Interpersonal and communication skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Initiative and a sense of ownership.

• Ability to work in a dynamic operational environment.

• Quick learner and adaptable to new tools or processes.
