Job Description
- Assist in Surgical Procedures: Collaborate closely with the plastic surgeon during surgeries by providing assistance as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular checks and maintain an inventory of surgical supplies and instruments, ensuring that all necessary items are available, correctly stocked, and in good condition prior to each procedure.
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care to surgery patients throughout their surgical journey. This includes preparing patients for surgery, monitoring their condition, and offering support during recovery.
- Instrument Preparation: Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments according to safety protocols and the specific needs of each patient, ensuring all equipment is ready for use.
- Post-Operative Monitoring: Monitor patients post-surgery for any adverse reactions or complications, reporting issues promptly and providing necessary care and comfort.
Job Specifications
Required:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a beauty clinic or as an assistant in a surgical room.
- Must possess an active nurse license (Surat Tanda Registrasi - STR) to practice in Indonesia
- Ability to communicate effectively in English at a conversational level; additional language skills are a plus.
- A willingness to learn new techniques, approaches, and to be receptive to constructive feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to Relocate: willing to work in Bali and adapt to the local culture.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in other Asian languages such as Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is highly desirable and will be an asset in communicating with diverse patient groups.
- Holding a certificate in surgical nursing or those who have undergone specialized training in surgical treatment.
