Plant Tissue Culture Specialist/ Researcher

We are seeking a motivated Plant Tissue Culture Specialist/Researcher to join our Research Tissue Culture lab (RTC) team. This role plays a key part in executing research projects, experimental trials and operational pilots, smooth transfer of innovations into production laboratories, and also supports lab management. Key Responsibilities

• Execute research projects and experimental pilots aligned with R&D and company objectives.
• Act as a bridge between research and production, ensuring effective technology transfer and workflow improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and scientific papers, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and high data quality.
• Support for RTC Lab management (planning, execution of processes, scheduling, budgeting, resource management).

核心职责:

• 实验室管理:日常运营与规范管理,例如进度排程及执行、预算管理和资源协调等。
• 试验执行:按照公司目标高效执行研究活动、实验测试以及中试运营。
• 技术转化:确保创新技术成果能顺畅过渡/转移至生产工艺
• 撰写技术报告与科研论文:严格把控流程合规性、确保实高标准的实验数据/质量

DESIRED PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree or, preferably, a postgraduate degree, in fields related to the position.
• Proven hands-on experience in plant tissue culture, preferably with woody cultures.
• Knowledge of experimental design, statistical analysis, and execution of research projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
• Language proficiency: Mandarin and English.
