What you'll do:

• Monitor and control daily production activities to ensure output aligns with production planning, customer requirements, and established quality standards.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to optimise overall plant performance through shared goals and transparent communication.
• Act as a strategic operational partner to the Plant & Technical Manager by helping define and execute plant operational strategies that support long-term business objectives.
• Support the planning and implementation of continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and improving product consistency.
• Provide valuable operational input for technical upgrades, process optimisation efforts, and capacity planning initiatives to future-proof the plant's capabilities.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), production quality levels, productivity rates, and manpower utilisation to identify areas for improvement.

Your hands-on familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools like Kaizen or Six Sigma allows you to drive meaningful improvements across multiple departments. You possess exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams including Production Management, Quality Assurance specialists, Maintenance engineers, HR partners-and more. Your fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English enables you to communicate effectively at all organisational levels. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering-preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Polymer Engineering-with strong academic credentials relevant to manufacturing operations.

• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing production operations as well as leading quality assurance programmes and continuous improvement projects within complex facilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of OEE improvement methodologies alongside practical experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles such as Kaizen, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), or Six Sigma.
• Hands-on experience working with polymer or plastic processing technologies is highly preferred for this role due to its specialised nature.
• Exceptional leadership abilities combined with strong cross-functional coordination skills that enable effective collaboration between diverse teams.
• Advanced problem-solving aptitude supported by analytical thinking skills necessary for identifying root causes of inefficiencies or quality issues.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia coupled with working proficiency in English ensures clear communication across local teams as well as international stakeholders.
