Job Description

  • Lead overall factory operations including Production, PMC, Engineering, QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse.
  • Ensure production output meets delivery schedules, quality standards, and productivity targets.
  • Manage electronics manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, packaging, and final inspection.
  • Monitor production efficiency, line balancing, yield rate, downtime, and labor productivity.
  • Implement quality assurance systems and ensure compliance with manufacturing SOP and international quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Development, and Commercial teams for production planning and material readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, and cost reduction programs.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure machine reliability and minimize production downtime.
  • Analyze production and operational KPIs to improve factory performance and profitability.
  • Ensure workplace safety, EHS compliance, and operational discipline across the factory.
  • Lead manpower planning, team development, and performance management for factory operations teams.
  • Support factory automation, ERP implementation, and digital manufacturing transformation initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in managerial level.
  • Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and factory operations.
  • Experience handling OEM/ODM manufacturing, speaker/audio electronics, consumer electronics, or related products is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, OEE, CAPA, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiar with ERP/MRP systems, production reporting, inventory control, and manufacturing KPI management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to manage cross-functional teams and high-volume production environments.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
