Job Description
- Lead and develop plant leadership teams across multiple functions
- Drive operational performance, productivity, quality, and safety outcomes
- Oversee plant budgeting, cost control, and capital expenditure decisions
- Improve financial awareness and accountability across departments
- Strengthen systems, processes, and performance management practices
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, TPM, or similar methodologies
- Drive operational discipline, reliability, and workforce engagement
- Partner closely with senior leadership to support growth and transformation objectives
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of bachelor's deggree in Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous leadership experience in FMCG/ Food industry.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-layered manufacturing teams
- Strong operational leadership with a hands-on management style
- Able to align diverse functions and break down organizational silos
- Commercially and financially astute with strong cost-control awareness
- Demonstrated success driving operational improvements and plant performance
- Experience implementing Lean, TPM, Continuous Improvement, or similar systems
- Resilient change leader who can influence long-tenured teams
- Clear, practical, and credible communicator who builds accountability
