Provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the manufacturing and production processes.
Cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Champion the adoption and execution of Lean Manufacturing principles, including Kaizen, 5S, and process optimization initiatives.
Establish clear targets for production output, quality, efficiency, and safetyand ensure these objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
Act as a role model and mentor, offering effective leadership and direction to a seasoned production team.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, PPIC, Supply Chain, R&D, etc.) to ensure alignment and seamless operations across departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials); a Master's degree is highly regarded.
A minimum of 12 years experience in manufacturing within the automotive or automotive interior parts sector.
At least 5 years of experience in leading production teams or managing production lines.
Proficiency in English
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, decisive, communicative, and effective in leading organizational change.
Strong technical knowledge of painting processes and decorative finishing techniques.
Hands-on experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving production environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
