Job Description

• Plan and achieve production targets while ensuring product quality and quantity.
• ⁠Lead, monitor, and evaluate Plant team performance, including people development.
• ⁠Monitor Plant costs, investments, and operational development to support efficiency.
• ⁠Analyze operational issues and develop effective strategies, initiatives, and continuous improvements.
• ⁠Ensure a safe, healthy, and conducive work environment in compliance with K3 and 5S standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's (S1) degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechanics/Industrial Engineering.
• ⁠Have minimum 3 years of experience as Plant Manager in the same industry or 5 years in a different industry. Or have minimum 6 years of experience as Production/ME Supervisor.
• ⁠Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written) is mandatory and Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• ⁠Willing to be placed in Medan.
  
  

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Merencanakan dan mencapai target produksi dengan memastikan kualitas dan kuantitas produk.
• ⁠Memimpin, memonitor, dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim Plant serta mengembangkan SDM.
• ⁠Mengelola biaya, investasi, dan pengembangan operasional Plant.
• ⁠Menganalisis permasalahan operasional serta mengembangkan strategi, inisiatif, dan inovasi secara berkelanjutan.
• ⁠Memastikan lingkungan kerja yang aman, sehat, dan kondusif sesuai dengan standar K3 dan 5S.
  
  

Kualifikasi

• Minimal sarjana (S1) di jurusan Teknik Mesin/Elektro/Mekatronika/ Industri.
• ⁠Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Plant Manager di industri yang sama atau 5 tahun di industri berbeda. Atau, memiliki pengalaman minimal 6 tahun sebagai Supervisor Produksi/ME.
• ⁠Memiliki kemampuan leadership, analitis, dan problem solving yang baik.
• Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris secara lisan dan tulisan (wajib) serta kemampuan Bahasa Mandarin (menjadi nilai tambah).
• ⁠Bersedia ditempatkan di Medan.
