Company Description PT Alliance Cnnsumer Products (Sei Mang kei, Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia) is a third-party manufacturer of bathing soaps in the area known for advanced quality systems, automated processes, and strong GMP standards.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Plant Human Resources Manager role is based at AWML's manufacturing facility . The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations at the plant, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. The Plant HR Manager will manage performance processes, training and development initiatives, and employee engagement programs to support a safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Daily responsibilities include handling employee relations, disciplinary procedures, grievance redressal, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. The role will also collaborate with plant leadership and corporate HR on HR strategy implementation, IR, Union, HR metrics, policy deployment, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications/Experience/Education

  • Candidates should possess strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Candidates should have minimum of 10 years of experience in a same capacity in a manufacturing plant.
  • Candidates should possess skills in industrial relations, labor law compliance, grievance handling, and liaison with statutory and regulatory authorities.
  • Candidates should possess capabilities in learning and development, competency mapping, and implementation of training programs for plant employees and supervisors.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR operations, including payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, and HRIS usage.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse workforce groups.
  • Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret HR metrics and support data-driven decision making.
  • Relevant educational qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or MBA in HR is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in plant or manufacturing HR management, preferably in FMCG or similar
