Job Description

  1. Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project, maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, commissioning, or operational schedules.
  2. Establish the planning structure, work breakdown structure, scheduling procedures, coding systems, progress-measurement methods, and reporting calendar.
  3. Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, operations, commissioning, logistics, and contractor schedules into a single master schedule.
  4. Coordinate with discipline managers and contractors to define activity sequences, durations, resources, interfaces, constraints, and critical milestones.
  5. Monitor actual progress against approved baselines and analyse schedule variance, critical-path movement, productivity, and forecast completion dates.
  6. Develop schedule-recovery plans, mitigation strategies, look-ahead schedules, and alternative execution scenarios when delays or constraints occur.
  7. Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, progress curves, manpower histograms, milestone dashboards, schedule narratives, and management presentations.
  8. Facilitate planning and progress-review meetings with project management, contractors, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.
  9. Ensure progress data, contractor reports, quantity tracking, earned-value information, and schedule updates are accurate, consistent, and properly documented.
  10. Lead and develop the planning team while improving planning systems, scheduling processes, reporting quality, and forecasting accuracy.

Salary: US$5,500 to US$7,000

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 12 years of planning, scheduling, maintenance planning, turnaround planning, or project-controls experience in LNG, oil and gas, petrochemical, EPC, or major industrial projects.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and good working knowledge of Microsoft Project, SAP, Excel, or other relevant planning and reporting systems.
  4. Strong knowledge of critical-path analysis, schedule-risk analysis, progress measurement, resource planning, earned-value principles, and schedule recovery.
  5. Indonesian citizen with strong analytical, leadership, Bahasa Indonesia, and English communication skills, and willingness to work at the Tangguh site.
  6. Actual work location: Tangguh LNG Site, Teluk Bintuni Regency, Papua Barat, Indonesia.
