Planning & Administration Section Head

Job Description Summary:

Leading and managing core planning and administrative functions to support strategic and operational decision-making. This role plays a critical part in aligning production forecast and business analysis with overall organizational goals. The role also manages the customer data bank, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility to support planning and customer engagement initiatives.

Job Description :

• Lead the development of accurate production and sales forecasts aligned with market trends, customer demand, and company targets.

• Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure forecast reliability & alignment with ops capabilities.

• Conduct analysis of business performance, cost structures, & profitability across product lines.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making with data-driven recommendations.

• Develop and maintain a centralized customer data system to support planning, sales tracking, and performance analysis.

• Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, & trends to support sales strategy & production alignment.

• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management on forecasts and key business indicators.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree

• Work Experience : Minimum 5 years of working experience

• Placement in HO Jakarta
