Develop and control baseline project schedules, work sequences, weekly/monthly targets, look-ahead schedules, and schedule recovery plans to ensure timely project delivery.
Track daily/weekly site progress, critical path activities, schedule variances, and field performance; prepare progress dashboards, weekly/monthly reports, and executive presentations.
Coordinate civil, MEP, IT, and vendor workflows; lead coordination meetings, synchronize multi-contractor schedules, and resolve site clashes.
Monitor site execution methods, civil and MEP works, QA/QC implementation, NCR closures, and testing & commissioning activities.
Monitor manpower allocation, equipment utilization, labor productivity, contractor performance against targets, and support progress billing reviews
