Job Description

  • Develop and control baseline project schedules, work sequences, weekly/monthly targets, look-ahead schedules, and schedule recovery plans to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Track daily/weekly site progress, critical path activities, schedule variances, and field performance; prepare progress dashboards, weekly/monthly reports, and executive presentations.
  • Coordinate civil, MEP, IT, and vendor workflows; lead coordination meetings, synchronize multi-contractor schedules, and resolve site clashes.
  • Monitor site execution methods, civil and MEP works, QA/QC implementation, NCR closures, and testing & commissioning activities.
  • Monitor manpower allocation, equipment utilization, labor productivity, contractor performance against targets, and support progress billing reviews
  • Oversee HSE compliance, monitor project schedule/construction risks, maintain issue logs, and enforce mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate testing activities, track punch-list closures, and assist in compiling handover documentation for civil and MEP systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in project planning, baseline scheduling, and construction management.
  • Experience in data centers or large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction projects is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software: Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Deep understanding of critical path analysis, schedule variance tracking, and progress dashboarding using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong working knowledge of civil and MEP construction methods, QA/QC standards, and Testing & Commissioning workflows.
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), planning/scheduling (e.g., PMI-SP), or HSE are an advantage.
  • Exceptional coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across multiple disciplines and contractors.
  • Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and risk management capabilities to resolve site issues and drive project execution.
