(Placement: Timika) Part Analyst

PT Global Service Indonesia (GSI) was established in 2014 under the auspices of Yayasan Karya Bakti United Tractors (Member of ASTRA). The company operates in the field of Information Technology and provides professional manpower for Information Technology (IT) Officers, Administration Officers, and Safety Officers. We are currently open for the Part Analyst position in Timika.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spare part requirements and usage based on historical data and maintenance plans.
• Manage and monitor spare part inventory, including min-max stock, safety stock, aging, and slow/fast-moving items.
• Ensure the availability of critical parts to support smooth operational activities.
• Input, update, and monitor spare part data in the ERP system (SAP, if applicable).
• Prepare stock and usage analysis reports, as well as recommendations for cost optimization and inventory efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in using formulas and functions.
• Active English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in PPIC or inventory management is a plus.
• Organizational experience is a plus.
• Have good analytical skills and an interest in data processing.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to various working conditions.
• Possess a valid SIM A & C.
• High curiosity and willingness to learn SOPs, SAP, and business processes.
