About the role

We are seeking an experienced Placement Executive with a strong focus on placement life and health insurance product to join our dynamic team. As an Placement Executiveyou will support the Life & Health insurance business by managing the end-to-end policy placement process. You will act as a key coordinator between internal teams, and insurance partners to ensure a seamless experience for our customersto make Igloo become the future of insurance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support management towards realizing business objectives, focusing in Life and Health insurance
  • Support IPS, Insurance & Brokerage, and Commercial Team regarding all the administrative activities
  • Following up to Insurance company about the SLA of Cover Note / Policy Book printing
  • Controlling the SLA of Policy Issuance
  • Contact Insurance companies and do the schedule to ask them sign the Policy Book (if under CO-Insurance company)
  • Ensuring process of wet signature from leader to member (for co-insurance company) runs smoothly
  • Monitoring the process of printing invoice from Finance and sending it Insurance Company/Customers
  • Monitoring the Endorsement Processes
  • Responsible to order bind to Insurance
  • Creating new Placement slip for the renewal notice calculation due date and sending to Customers
  • Ensuring Policy books are sending accurately to Customers within SLA
  • Monitoring and synchronizing premium bookings between placement and finance through insurance broking system
  • Assisting finance team for premium collection monitoring

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically within aPlacement, Policy Administration, Underwriting, or Operationsrole
  • Solid understanding ofLife & Health Insuranceproducts, policy terms, and renewal cycles is essential
  • Previous experience working within anInsurance Brokerageor anInsurtechcompany is highly preferred
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and tech-savv
  • Proven ability to manage strict SLAs and high-volume administrative tasks with zero errors
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with insurance companies and internal departments
  • Having an APAI or AAAIJ (or equivalent) certification is a plus
