Piano Teacher

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Piano Teacher located in East Jakarta. The Piano Teacher will be responsible for providing piano instruction to students of various skill levels, preparing lesson plans, and assessing students progress. The teacher will lead both private lessons and group sessions, incorporating music theory and practical piano playing techniques. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring a love for music among students.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Music (Piano) or certified min. Grade 8 ABRSM or equal.
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience with children and/or teenagers (experience with adults is a plus).
• Passion for teaching, patience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Piano Playing and Piano
• Knowledge of Music Theory
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students of all age.
