Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide on-site assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for employees at the Bandung office. This full-time role includes evaluating musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering manual therapy, exercise programs, and ergonomic advice. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with management and safety teams to prevent work-related injuries and promote physical wellness through education and group sessions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical records, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The role also involves contributing to health and wellness initiatives that support a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Physiotherapy (Diploma/Bachelor's degree) from an accredited institution and valid local licensure/registration.
• Fresh graduate or experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, workplace ergonomics, and injury prevention in clinical or corporate settings.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation skills, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams, provide education on safe movement and posture, and build trust with clients.
• Comfort working independently on-site in Bandung, managing a clinical schedule, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
• Expert in deep tissue massage.
• Basic computer literacy for electronic records and reporting.
• Willing to be based at the Head Office in Bandung.
