About the role
MSCS is seeking an experienced Senior High Physics Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators. As a full-time role, this position will be based in our campus in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, and will play a crucial part in delivering an engaging and impactful physics curriculum to our students.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and delivering high-quality lesson plans that effectively teach the physics curriculum to senior high school students
- Assessing student progress through tests, assignments, and other evaluation methods, and providing timely feedback to support their learning
- Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices, develop innovative teaching strategies, and contribute to the overall development of the school's educational programs
- Maintaining accurate student records and complying with all school policies and procedures
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that encourages students to explore the complexities of society and develop critical thinking skills
- Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in physics and educational practices
What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Physics or Education
- Expected to join in July 2026
- English proficiency and experience in a similar field
- Honest, teamwork, good communication skills, open-minded, resourceful, energetic
- Experienced in teaching with Cambridge Curriculum is a plus
- Will be based in Surabaya
