Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Photographer/Videographer role based in Canggu, Bali. The role involves planning and executing photo and video shoots for property listings, marketing campaigns, and social media content. The Photographer/Videographer will capture, edit, and retouch high-quality images and videos, ensuring consistent visual style aligned with PROPERTIA's brand guidelines. Daily tasks include coordinating with listing and development team to schedule shoots.
Qualifications
- Strong photography skills, including experience with real estate or architectural photography, composition, lighting, and staging.
- Proficiency in videography, including shooting property walkthroughs, short promotional clips, and social media videos.
- Hands-on experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Ability to plan and manage shoots end-to-end, including scheduling, location preparation, and equipment setup and maintenance.
- Knowledge of digital content best practices for web, social media, and online listings platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a creative approach to showcasing properties.
- Good communication in and collaboration skills to work effectively with agents, marketing staff, and other team members.
- Ability to work on-site across various locations in Bali, sometimes with short notice and in changing conditions.
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts relevant to real estate promotions.
- Relevant portfolio demonstrating photography and videography work, preferably including real estate or similar subjects.
- Preferred: Experience with drone photography/videography and valid certifications where required.
